MMTS Train Timings - Hyderabad to Lingampally

The below MMTS Timings are example only we will have so many routes as mentioned below.

Hyderabad to Lingampally -- 26 trips
Lingampally to Hyderabad -- 23 trips
Lingampally to Falaknuma -- 28 trips
Falaknuma to Lingampally -- 28 trips
Falaknuma to Hyderabad -- 5 trips
Hyderabad to Falaknuma -- 3 trips
Lingampally to Secunderabad -- 2 trips
Secunderabad to Lingampally.-- 28 trips

Begumpet is the connecting point where you can change the time to travel for either Secunderabad or Hyderabad.

Earlier the mmts timings are not frequent, but due to increase in traffic the railways decided to run more number of trips. Some trains won't run on Sundays and some trains are meant for only ladies. Approximately for every 30 to 45 minutes an average we are having mmts trains from ligampally to falaknuma via secunderabad, lingampally to hyderabad via necklace road etc. when MMTS trains got started the mininum fare was 2 rupees only, later SCR made 5 rupee is the mininum fare. MMTS commuters can get GPS based real time current status of the MMTS through LCD screens at Stations and also travelers can listen current station, and next approaching station information through public announcement system placed inside the MMTS coaches. Alternatively to get the MMTS trains current status you can use mobile apps also, and these are available in play store, you can directly download.

Hyderabad MMTS Trains

Hyderabad MMTS trains are started in 2003 year with 190 crores when andhra pradesh was united. Deputy Home Minister Lal Krishna Advani has started these mmts train services in Hyderabad. Nara chandra babu naidu was the chief minister of united Andhra Aradesh at that time. These MMTS trains utilize the same tracks used by general trains in Hyderabad, the only thing newly constructed was some new MMTS train stations. The old stations are lingampally, begumpet, hafeezpet and Falaknuma, rest all are new stations. The trains runs so many trips between ligampally to falaknuma, lingampally to hyderabad, lingampally to secunderabad, falaknuma to lingampally and falaknuma to Hyderabad.
