MMTS Time table updated

After a long gap the mmts time table got changed, and for so many mmts trains timings got changed a bit. Indian Railways has changed these mmts time table to facilitate more trains for the public. Some mmts trains getting started bit early and some trains bit late. Currently there are 121 mmts train services are running per day in hyderabad and Secunderabad from Lingampally to Falaknuma, Falaknuma to Hyderabad, Hyderabad to Lingampally, Hyderabad to Falaknuma, Lingampally to Hyderabad, Lingampally to Secunderabad etc, some trains also started for women commuters purpose, as we don't have that much of density, so half of the trains will reserve for women passengers and half for general public. In all the routes the timings got changed slightly but not for all mmts trains. The following image shows the Hafeezpet mmts timings updated. Hafeezpet is the one of the oldest station in mmts routes where some passengers trains will also stop here as Lingampally mmts station. Hafeezpet

Below is the MMTS route map which shows the no of stations which come across every route, based on the traffic the south central railways increase the frequency every year.  The phase 1 mmts route map in blue color in below mmts route map image, where as phase 2 route map is in orange color.  MMTS Route Map Phase1 and Phase 2 The phase 1 was completed in year 2005, currently 121 trips daily mmts trains runs between these routes. Hyderabad MMTS Trains

Hyderabad MMTS trains are started in 2003 year with 190 crores when andhra pradesh was united. Deputy Home Minister Lal Krishna Advani has started these mmts train services in Hyderabad. Nara chandra babu naidu was the chief minister of united Andhra Aradesh at that time. These MMTS trains utilize the same tracks used by general trains in Hyderabad, the only thing newly constructed was some new MMTS train stations. The old stations are lingampally, begumpet, hafeezpet and Falaknuma, rest all are new stations. The trains runs so many trips between ligampally to falaknuma, lingampally to hyderabad, lingampally to secunderabad, falaknuma to lingampally and falaknuma to Hyderabad.
